Take care of your poor feet

feet-416x300 One of the most neglected part of our body. The one most abused. It bears the whole weight of our body so it is natural why we should take care of it. Here are some really simple ways you can do it.
Avoid heels as far as possible.
Soak feet in warm water added with mineral salt for about 10 mins.
You can add pebbles so as to roll your feet forward and backward for massage effects.
Scrub your feet to remove dead skin cells.
Wash your feet, pat dry and massage with a moisturizing cream.
Add juice of one lemon to have antiseptic effects or add 1 or 2 drops of lavender essential oil to have spa effect.
Buy good fitting shoes which is comfortable for you.
To exercise your feet, trying hold your ankle and clockwise and anti clock wise. Do it for both feet.
Also rotate your toes with your fingers.
Bend the toes forward and backward.
Point your toes downwards as far as possible then flex them as high as possible.
Doing this will improve blood circulation of your feet.
