The examination for the recruitment of inspector Grade 2 in the department was conducted on April 18, 2010. The recruitment is for 1289 posts with pay scale Rs.5910 – Rs.20200. The examination consisted of four papers with 25, 25 questions from Language proficiency and General knowledge and 50, 50 questions from Mental Ability and Mathematical skills. The minimum cut off mark is 35% percent of the total marks.
