Viswanathan Anand wins World Chess Championship

Viswanathan Anand kept his World Chess Championship tittle intact when he defeated Veselin Topalov in the deciding 12th game today.
Topalov was not able to justify the whites he was playing with as Vishwanathan Anand defeated him in 56 moves , Sofia ( Bulgaria ) .

The Defending World Chess Champion Vishy was tied at 5.5 -5.5 with Topalov after 11 games.
Anand had won the second and the fourth game where as Topalov won first and the eighth.
This is Anand’s fourth World Chess title. He had previously won the title in 2000, 2007 and 2008.
He took a 40 hr drive to Sofia since all flights were cancelled due to the Volcanic Ash. He wont mind that now i guess.
