Nokia 16th Annual Star Screen Awards were decleared at Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla MMRDA complex on saturday night.Amitabh Bachchan won the best actor award for "Paa" and Vidya Balan won the best actress award."3 idiots" was the best film of the year 2009 and Rajkumar Hirani ,the best director.
