The application forms for buying these houses will be available at selected 15 HDFC branches from January 12 to January 30.
Mid Day reported that on December 24, 2009, MHADA posted ads for on newspapers that said that MHADA forms can be bought and submitted between January 1, 2010 and January 22, 2010 from all the branches of Saraswat Bank (another report said HDFC bank). As per news paper reports, only 12% of these flats are preserved for middle and high-income groups.
These houses will be handed over to persons beloging to the economically weaker sections (EWS) as well as the lower, middle and high income groups.
