The Grand Canyon Skywalk is a one-of-a-kind glass bottom, cantilever bridge, and resting 4,000 feet above the Colorado River. This impressive engineering masterpiece opened on March 28, 2007 to a world-wide audience with rave reviews. To date, nearly one million visitors have experienced the Skywalk and its magnificent views of the Grand Canyon.
The Grand Canyon Skywalk is located at Grand Canyon West, just a short drive from Las Vegas, Nevada or Kingman, Arizona.
Directions from Las Vegas (121 miles):
Take U.S. Highway 93 south to Hoover Dam
Continue south to the Dolan Springs/Meadview City/Pierce Ferry exit
(between mile marker 41 & 42)
Turn left and follow Pierce Ferry Rd. to Diamond Bar Rd. (mile marker 29)
Turn right at the sign and stay on Diamond Bar Rd. to Grand Canyon West
Directions from Kingman (70 miles):
Take Stockton Hill Rd. north
Right on Pierce Ferry Rd. to Diamond Bar Rd. (mile marker 29)
Turn right at the sign and stay on Diamond Bar Rd. to Grand Canyon West
