Just to unite a pair of lovers, Ganesh (Ram) has to feign love to Divya (Kajal). But to even do that or reach her, he has to come up with a series of dramas and antics to please the numerous kids living in the apartment where Divya too stays. He secures a flat adjacent to Divya's and works hard at getting her attention. When she really does fall in love, it takes a minute for her to realise that Ganesh has been fooling her and she distances herself from him. The rest of the story is about how Divya plays hard to get and Ganesh tries his best to convince her that he really, indeed has fallen in love.Ganesh (Ram) is a young guy who does not mind doing adventures for people in distress. Ganesh's friend is in love and the guys dad want him to get married to his sister's daughter Divya (Kajaal). Ganesh comes to the rescue of his friend and comes up with an idea. He plans to make Divya fall in love with him, so she wont be willing to marry his friend's lover. Ganesh shifts his house in to a flat exactly opposite to Divya's flat. Ganesh comes with different strategies and finally makes Divya fall for him. By the time Ganesh starts liking Divya truly, she comes to know about Ganesh's deceit. Finally how Ganesh wins his love is rest of the story.
